Who can use Cloud Nine EZYPAY?

Ezypay was designed to assist our clients who have Cut & Colour Packages and normally visit the salon every 6 to 12 weeks or 4 weeks in the case of our maintainance Package. Ezypay allows you to come to the salon and have your next Cut & Colour Package as often as your stylist thinks necessary without having to worry about finding the money. Ezypay fortnightly payments will lower the cost of your hairdressing and help spread your monthly cash flow expenses. As another bonus, the discount vouchers you have received for other salon services will help reduce costs when you visit the salon between Cut & Colour Packages visits.

Do I Pay For Colour Between Visits

Ezypay is for your Cut & Colour Package only. Some clients like to have a toner or additional foils for highlighting or low lighting between cut & color visits, you must pay for these additional services, however you can use your 1/2 price blowdry vouchers to reduce your hairdressing costs on these visits.

Will my hairdressing be more expensive?

No, the cost of your hairdressing could drop by up to $30 per visit. And up to $70 per visit if you currently do not rebook for your next appointment.

Do I have to sign up for any specific time period?

No, you can cancel your direct debit at any time, we do require though 1 weeks notice in writing.

Will I have to rebook for my next appointment?

No, you can come on any date that suits you, your stylist will suggest the most suitable rebooking date. Keep in mind that appointments are subject to your stylists availability. Rebooking will ensure your next appointment.

What other savings will I receive?

As long as your direct debit is active you will receive 25% off R.R.P. on all hair & skincare products. You will also receive other vouchers. The total saving on salon services is approx $1000

How long are the vouchers valid?

Each voucher will be valid for 12 months Every 12 months you will be issued with another set of vouchers

Can other people use my vouchers?

Yes, your vouchers are fully transferable, if they are lost or stolen we cannot re-issue them. they are your responsibility.

Are there any additional charges?
|

Your initial debit contains an additional $5.50 for the administration costs from our service provider. All future fortnightly debits will be at the quoted price. If your chosen account declines the fortnightly debit, any fees incurred by us will be added to your next debit. If you use a credit card for your for your direct debit bank charges will be added.
